Shipping & Returns

If your order is $30 or more you will get Free Shipping if your order is being shipped to a physical address such as a residence or business (no P.O. boxes, for example) within the continental 48 states of the USA. For orders of less than $30 a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied. Where applicable, state sales taxes will also be added to the total cost.

For addresses in Switzerland, if your order is 30 Swiss Francs or more you will get Free Shipping if your order is being shipped to a physical address such as a residence or business within Switzerland. For orders of less than 30 Swiss Francs a flat shipping rate of 5 Swiss Francs will be applied.

For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or anywhere else in the world, please contact us at glitzyladies@gmail.com for an estimate of shipping costs.

Articles may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Before attempting to return an item please contact us first at glitzyladies@gmail.com to indicate the reason for the return and to obtain a return shipping address. We cannot be responsible for articles returned to addresses different from those given in our written instructions.
